Friday 26th June

Dear Room 4

Today I am working with the other Middle School Teachers on some ideas for next term.

Mrs. Gallagher will be teaching in Room 4 today.

You all have different things to work on and finish off.  I will list these below so that you can organise your time with Mrs. Gallagher and take turns using the computers for your research and Google Classroom Tasks.

I will be at school, so I will probably see you sometime.
Have a great - kind - friendly day.

Symbiotic

In biology, symbiotic is the idea that different organisms (plants and animals) that live together can get some benefit (help) from each other.

However, this relationship is not always beneficial to both creatures. Parasites, for example, have a symbiotic relationship with their hosts, but only the parasite benefits.

Example: Head lice are symbiotic with humans but only the head lice get a benefit!!!!!

Watch the video - then try this web search - write a page for a class mini book with an example of a symbiotic relationship in nature.

Web Search
symbiotic animals  - just follow the link from google images to find some good examples.

Two creatures that are symbiotic in the living world are....
They... (explain how they are symbiotic)
